01 — The role
About the work
Our internship programme places you inside a working delivery team from week one. Three positions are available for this intake, spanning AI/ML engineering, cloud and DevOps, and business development — tell us in your application which track interests you most and we will match you to the closest fit. Each intern is paired with a mentor, given a defined piece of a live project, and reviewed at the midpoint and the end. Interns who do well are considered first for full-time openings. The programme runs on-site in Lahore so you get the informal learning that comes from sitting with the team.
What you would actually do
- Work on a defined piece of a live client or internal project under a named mentor
- Learn and apply the tooling your track uses — Python and ML libraries, Azure and AWS, or CRM and research tools
- Join daily stand-ups, sprint planning and team knowledge-sharing sessions
- Document what you build so the next person can pick it up
- Present your work to the team at the end of the programme
- Ask questions early and often — that is the point of the programme
