About KCloudAI
We deliver projects and build long-term client relationships across industries. Our work is driven by engineering discipline, honest advice, and a focus on outcomes we can measure — helping organisations navigate and excel in a cloud-first, AI-assisted world.
How an engagement runs
Three phases, one engagement. Most partners sell you the middle one — it is the first and the last where projects are actually won or lost.
Discovery is a fixed-price engagement. You keep the roadmap either way.
Where we are now
These are the numbers we are willing to be held to, and what each one actually means. Hover any tile for the part that usually gets left off the slide.
Client satisfaction
Measured against success metrics agreed before the engagement started — not a survey sent out after the final invoice.
Our story
KCloudAI was founded on a frustration familiar to anyone who has worked on software projects: delivery gets optimised instead of the business outcome. For over a decade that frustration has shaped how we work. We open every engagement by asking whether the proposed solution solves the right problem — and sometimes the honest answer is no.
Identifying that early, before months of effort go in the wrong direction, is one of the most valuable things we offer. The same principle guides our AI work. We don't build AI because it is expected. We build it where it delivers measurable value, makes engineering sense, and is designed to run reliably in production.
Started as a small consulting practice helping enterprises move workloads off ageing on-premise estates.
Became a certified partner across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and shifted from lift-and-shift to platform engineering.
Built out the data practice around Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric as clients outgrew their warehouses.
Moved generative AI out of pilots and into production systems, with the MLOps and governance to keep them running.
Four commitments that decide how we run engagements — and occasionally cost us work we would rather not take.
We do not measure success by code shipped. We define success metrics at the start of an engagement and hold ourselves to them at the end.
We tell clients plainly what the technology can and cannot do, what the real risks are, and when a different approach would serve them better.
Code quality, clear architecture and real test coverage are not optional extras. AI tooling makes our engineers faster; it does not lower the standard.
The technology underneath our work changes quickly. We invest deliberately in keeping engineers current rather than assuming yesterday's skills are enough.
The case for us
We have helped startups, mid-market businesses, and enterprises build, modernise, and scale software for more than a decade — long enough to have inherited plenty of other people’s architectures.
We pair experienced cloud and data engineers with modern AI tooling to move faster, and we build AI only where it earns its place. Tooling raises our throughput; it does not lower what we are willing to ship.
A dedicated team, specialists embedded in yours, a fixed-scope project, or managed run-and-operate. We adapt to your process and reporting lines rather than asking you to adopt ours.
Most of our work comes from clients we already have. That only happens if the thing you handed over still works a year later, which is why we run what we build.
What we are here to do
Technology is a never-ending journey, and we aim to keep adding value to an evolving ecosystem — working as a reliable partner whose cloud and AI solutions are smart, scalable, and reliable.
So we design for the second year of a system, not its launch week.
We believe in fairness and in building relationships that last. Every project we take on is treated as our own, because our clients’ success is what drives ours.
So we say no to work we do not think will succeed.

“Every one of these problems produced output that looked perfectly fine — a made-up date, a check that approved everything, a working printer reported as offline. Nothing crashed, so nothing got reported. The work was making the system say where its answers came from, and admit when it is guessing.”
“KCloudAI's AI-powered fraud detection solution has transformed our operations. We're now detecting fraud in real-time with unprecedented accuracy, saving millions while improving customer experience.”
“The cloud migration has transformed our operations. We now have 99.9% uptime and our IT costs have decreased by 40% while improving patient care delivery.”
“The AI-powered quality control system has revolutionized our manufacturing process. We've achieved 95% accuracy in defect detection and reduced waste by 30%.”
“The personalization platform has transformed our customer experience. We've seen a 45% increase in conversions and doubled our customer retention rates.”
“The digital transformation has revolutionized how we serve our citizens. Wait times are down 80% and citizen satisfaction has reached 90%.”
We combine over a decade of cloud and data engineering with modern AI capability to build production-ready systems — intelligent automation, enterprise AI, and the platforms underneath them — measured against outcomes agreed at the start.
Yes. You can hire a dedicated cross-functional team that works as an extension of your business, or embed individual specialists into your existing team, under whichever engagement model fits your operating style.
Yes. We provide end-to-end product development, legacy modernisation, cloud engineering, data platform work, AI development, and long-term engineering support.
Our teams have built systems for healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, public sector, energy, logistics, and enterprise SaaS.
We hold certifications across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, plus Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, and we work comfortably in multi-cloud and hybrid estates.
Every engagement follows the same practices: architecture review, peer code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security review, and observability from day one — with working software delivered in short increments.
You do. Source code, infrastructure definitions, trained models, and documentation are handed over in your own repositories and cloud tenancy.
